101 error - System Exception
Understanding the meaning of a 101 Error
What does a 101 error mean?💡
The 101 error (exception not controlled or not classified as a general exception) is returned in those cases we don't receive a specific tag or field expected while parsing the Seller's response. Additionally, this error can occur if the Buyer fails to include all the required fields in their request.
What can I do if I receive a 101 error in my response?✔️
-
First of all, ensure that you have filled in all the required fields for the particular operation.
- If the error continues to occur, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for further assistance.
Don't forget to check our Documentation and API Schema for further information on all the mandatory fields expected in our API🚀
