I have received a 204 error. What does it mean?
This error is returned whenever a Seller does not return any results for the specific Search criteria set in the Buyer's request (e.g. hotel, dates, market, etc.). This error may be returned in SearchRS (mostly) and QuoteRS or BookRS in those cases the integration requires an additional Search for that specific Method.
Remember that, as a Buyer, you can also check the Seller's response by setting the auditTransactions to true in your SearchRQ.

What can I do?
First of all, you should check that the product requested is returned within your Seller's portfolio and if it's not, please update your Portfolio and request accordingly.
If the hotel requested is returned within the Seller's portfolio, you should contact them directly in order to confirm they are returning options both for your credentials and the Search criteria set in your request - hotel, dates, market/nationality, currencty, pax distribution, destination. If they are returning results but you are still receiving a 204 error, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team and provide us the availability logs by the Seller for further investigation.
