If you are wondering if you can deactivate or modify an existing Access Code of your HotelX connection, we have an answer for you: yes, you can, but you will need to create a ticket to our Customer Care Team.

  • In case you want to deactivate it, you will need to provide the Access Code to be deactivated and the reason for the deactivation.
  • In case you want to modify an already existing one, you will need to provide the new details to be changed and explain the reason for the modification.
