Before being able to access and take advantage of all our backend features, create support tickets on our Customer Care Jira service desk and interact with the suppliers connected to our platform, you should first configure your account. We promise it won't take more than 5 minutes.
Along with the welcome email, we sent you an invitation to configure your Travelgate-X backend account. Make sure you bookmark our knowledge base/help centre!

Once you've configured your account, you will be able to access our backend and check your Hotel-X credentials and accesses by following the next step-by-step guide.
Backend access: Login with your credentials here
My Company: Once you are logged in click on "My Company" section and select the "Users" subsection:
Once in the "Users" subsection, look for the Hotel-X apikey:
*It will be your Apikey for both test and live environments.
Client Code, accesses and supplier context
Products: Click on "Products" section and select the "Products Setup" subsection:
Once you are in the "Products Setup" page, in the "Buyer" folder select the Hotel-X product:
Three tabs will be displayed in the middle of the screen: Accesses, Clients and Suppliers. In the Suppliers tab you will find all the sellers that have been enabled in your account:
*We have activated all our Premium Partners test environments in your account. Those come per default and can be used during the development.
In the Clients tab you will find the client code you should use to interact with our API:
