In Travelgate we don’t interfere in the product’s availability.
The availability will be always returned by the supplier’s system, without any influence from the Hotel List or Travelgate.
The Hotel List is only used for mapping purposes, which is updated by Travelgate once per week.
In some cases, the client can request a Hotel which returns availability, although it doesn’t appear in the Hotel list, and vice versa (probably because the portfolio hasn’t been updated by the provider).
