How can I add someone to a HelpCentre ticket?

You've submitted a ticket in our Portal, and now you would like to add a few colleagues so they are informed of the issue. How do you do that?

Simple! Once you have received an automatic reply from us with a reference number, simply click on "reply" and put your colleagues in copy. From then on, our reply will include them.

Example below:
