How can I check my company's accesses?
To check the accesses created for your company, you should follow the next steps:
1. Log in to the Travelgate’s web.
2. Click to Apps – Products Setup
3. In case you have access to more than one organization, indicate which one you want to check.
4. Open the Buyer’s folder and then the HotelX folder.
Now, you should visualize a list with all the accesses of this organization and you should be able to check if they are marked as active, inactive, live or test. If you need to find a specific access, you can use the filter searching by the name or the code of this access.
Finally, the users with the necessary permissions will be able to link, edit and unlink the accesses.
