Learn how to request the activation of PayParc as a Payment Method.
PayParc, a tech Partner in TGX facilitates e-Wallet Payment between a Buyer and a Seller in TravelgateX. Please note that before requesting this Payment Method, you should have an agreement with Payparc and that the Buyer needs to be integrated to Buyers Hotel-X API in order to access this exclusive service.
If you already have an agreement with Payparc, you need to follow the below instructions:
- If you don't yet have the connection with your Seller and you already know that the Payment Method will be PayParc, you can request both connections in the same Activation Ticket. If you don't know how to request the activation a New Seller, take a look at the this article.
Using the "Additional Information" field, request a PayParc connection by sharing the GUIDs (Wallet IDs provided by Payparc) and Currency:
If you already have a PayParc connection, all you need to do is inform us in the "Additional Information" field that you want to use the already existing connection.
- If you already have a connection with a Seller, and you want to connect PayParc to this existing connection, you need to create a new ticket to our Customer Care Team, informing that you would like to connect PayParc to the Specific HotelX Access Code (which is the connection to your Seller), and share the GUIDs and the currency as the previous point.
