How to connect a channel manager via Travelgate

The procedure for contracting a PUSH connection with any channel manager that is on the market can be a bit confusing at times due to the large number of parties involved in the process. For this reason, we have explained in detail what steps you should follow in order to connect to a channel manager through Travelgate.

Step-by-step guide

  1. You should contact the channel and sign a collaboration agreement with them. You should always indicate that the connection will be realized through XML Travelgate.

  2. Once the collaboration agreement has been signed, you'll need to request Travelgate the activation of the integration. The channels below have some specific information you will need to get from them before requesting the activation.

3. Once you have all the necessary information, you must request a new connection by completing the following form: https://connect.xmltravelgate.com

4. We will deliver the PULL configuration after making different configuration settings in our system.

5. The next step in order for the channel to be able to continue with the process of going live with you would be to create a pilot hotel, which will be used for product loading tests. We recommend you use a real hotel that you are going to be working with, as all tests with it will be done with real product and will be easier to proceed with going live after that.
