How to delete conditions and prices loaded in Inventory

All about deleting conditions and prices in our Extranet.

How can I access the "Delete Product" functionality?💡

To remove the availability conditions and prices that have been loaded in Inventory for a particular hotel, follow these steps:
  1. Access our Inventory Extranet.
  2. Click on the 'Product' tab.
  3. Choose the 'Delete Product' option.
  4. Select the Client-Provider connection and the hotel for which you are deleting information.
  5. Select the rates or derived rates, as well as the load type.
 
Please note that this feature is exclusively accessible to admin users. If you are not an admin user, kindly reach out to your administrator for assistance in deleting any data.
 

Important❗

This feature allows removing real product from our system. Deleting the incorrect product may involve future product discrepancies and incorrect bookings. In order to avoid this, please make a responsible use of this feature.

How to delete Availability🛠️

Here you will be able to delete (by date range) availability conditions like ‘booking limit' (allotment), ‘minimum or maximum length of stay’, ‘minimum or maximum length of stay on arrival’ and ‘minimum or maximum release’.

How to delete Prices🛠️

Here you will be able to delete (by date range) all kinds of prices (price per room, prices per pax and price per occupancy), as well as occupancy and mealplan supplements. Bear in mind that the mealplan supplements will be deleted for all types of paxes (adult, child and baby).
