I am not receiving the amount of categories I expected, what can I do?

Are you getting fewer categories from the number confirmed by your Seller? This is something that can happen for 4 reasons:

  • The Portfolio wasn't updated yet. If you would like to know when and how it's updated, please check this article.
  • The Seller didn't send the mandatory fields and due to this, the categories are discarded.
  • The Seller didn't send those categories.
  • There's an integration issue.


What you can do, is first of all ensure with the supplier that they are sending those missing categories, with all our mandatory information (please check our API specs to know which items are mandatory). If the Seller confirms that they are sending all this information and you ensure that you have waited the necessary time so we automatically update your portfolio, you will need to create us a ticket explaining which is the issue.
