I am not receiving the amount of hotels I expected, what can I do?

Are you getting fewer hotels from the number confirmed by your supplier? This is something that can happen for 4 reasons:

  • The Portfolio wasn't updated yet. If you would like to know when and how it's updated, please check this article.
  • The Supplier didn't send the mandatory fields and due to this, the hotels are discarded.
  • The Supplier didn't send those hotels.
  • There's an integration issue.


What you can do, is first of all ensure with the supplier that they are sending those missing hotels, with all our mandatory information (please check our API specs to know which items are mandatory). If the supplier confirms that they are sending all this information and you ensure that you have waited the necessary time so we automatically update your portfolio, you will need to create us a ticket explaining which is the issue.
