I am not receiving the expected information in the Hotel List, what can I do?

In case you are not receiving the expected information in the Hotel List RS, first please ensure if the field is a mandatory one. Here you have an article, where we explain which information you can expect to receive from our Hotel List Method.

If the field it's not a mandatory one, please ensure with the supplier if they return to us this information. If they don't return it, we cannot do anything as we don't have the information.

If the missing information is a mandatory field, or you ensure that the supplier is sending it, please create a ticket to our Customer Care team, explaining the issue and mentioning the items you expected and are not coming.
