I have received error 101 in my response. What does it mean?
An error 101 is classified as System Exception (Exception not controlled or not classified as a general exception).
This type of error appears if we are expecting a specific field or tag from the Seller's response at parsing time and we did not receive it. Alternatively, it could be that the Buyer has not sent all the mandatory fields in the request.
If you receive this type of error, first of all, check that you have entered all our mandatory fields of the current operation of our API. If the error persists, please contact our Customer Care Team for further investigation.
