Please note that you can receive some error messages from the InventoryX web because of several reasons, if it is the case, we would recommend you to check the following:
* First of all, please check you are using our secure url (https)
* Another thing you can do is to reset your cache.
In case you are still receiving the error, do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
