How can I add a new hotel to the Inventory extranet?

Inventory works with its own hotel DataBase. Each time you want to add and set up a hotel with a Channel Manager connection you’ll need to indicate the hotel name in the autocomplete field and our system will show you all the hotels that match your input: 

If you don’t find the hotel you want to add in the autocomplete field you'll be given the option to create this hotel in our DB by clicking the button ‘Create Hotel’:

This feature is available for client and provider administrator users. 

 


You’ll need to indicate the hotel's basic information in the following form:

Please complete the form using the hotel's actual information. It's mandatory that the email and telephone are those of the hotel and not from the supplier. Coordinates should be as accurate as possible.
