I've received a "mapping" error, what can I do?

"Mapping not found" errors are being returned when we're unable to match the hotel/s requested with the Seller information.

Some of the reasons that can cause a mapping error to be returned are:

  • Hotel codes: The hotel codes requested don't belong to the Seller. Make sure that you are requesting the hotels returned through the Hotel List query.
  • Context: The context used doesn't match with the Seller information. When building your query, make sure the context specified belongs to the Seller (and hotel codes you are using).
  • Mapping: In case you are using our Mapping plugin, make sure that the hotel requested has been set in the mapping file. Check also if the file has been processed correctly.
