I've received a "no valid access found" error, what can I do?

Access errors are being returned when the access requested does not match with the information of your account.

Some of the reasons that might cause a validation error are:

  • Incorrect access: The access specified in the query hasn't been configured in your account.
    It could also happen that the access has been configured, but deactivated. In both cases, we suggest to visit our Product Set-up section to check the available accesses in your account and whether they are active or not.

    *In case you find that there is an access deactivated and it should be active (and vice versa), please submit a ticket on our Help Centre.
  • Test Mode field set to true/false: Another reason could be that you have set the "testMode" field as true, but the access you are introducing is configured as "live" and vice versa. In that case you should set the "testMode" field according to the access configuration (live/test).

    *In case you find that there is an access set as test and it should be live (and vice versa), please submit a ticket on our Help Centre.
