ProviderNotActived warning

I have received a ProviderNotActived warning. What does it mean?

This warning is returned in those cases the connection has not yet been established with the Seller - note you should also have a commercial agreement with them first:

In order to check/solve the issue, make sure that the provider code is inserted in your request and that the code matches the one provided in your activation:
