I have received ProviderNotActived warning. What does it mean?

If you are receiving the following warning from TravelgateX system: 


means that the connection is not established between your account and the selected Seller at our end. 

Please review the following points:

  • providersRQs/ProviderRQ/code is inserted

  • code is the provided one at the activation ticket. 

In case that you have a commercial agreement with the selected Seller and the connection should be active, please submit a ticket in our Help Center.
