I have received ProviderNotActived warning. What does it mean?
If you are receiving the following warning from TravelgateX system:
means that the connection is not established between your account and the selected supplier at our end.
Please review the following points:
- providersRQs/ProviderRQ/code is inserted
- code is the provided one at the activation ticket.
In case that you have a commercial agreement with the selected supplier and the connection should be active, please submit a ticket to our customer care team in order to investigate the case.
