We've prepared the following three steps guide to help you set everything ready for the Hotel-X development. We promise it won't take more than 5 minutes.
TravelgateX backend account setting
Along with the welcome email, we've sent you an invitation to configure your backend account.
We sent it from our email@example.com email address. In case you don't find it in your inbox, make sure you check the spam folder too. You can also contact us here.
Once you've configured your account, you will be able to access to your Hotel-X credentials (learn how here).

We've created a Slack channel called #platform where you will be able to post all the Hotel-X development related questions and be advised of any news occurring on our platform.
One of the advantages of taking all the Hotel-X development support through our Slack channel is that all our company, as well as all the partners developing our API are in the channel, so you can expect a fast answer to your questions.
