Configure your account and get everything ready to start the Hotel-X development.

We've prepared the following three step guide to help you get everything ready prior to development. We promise it won't take more than 5 minutes!

Along with the welcome email, we've sent you an invitation to configure your backend account.

 

 

We sent it from our no-reply@travelgatex.com email address. In case you don't find it in your inbox, please ensure that you check the spam folder. If you still can't find ti, please contact our Customer Care team here.

Once you've configured your account, you will be able to access to your Hotel-X credentials (learn how here).

Slack community

We've created a Slack channel called #platform where you will be able to post any API development questions.

One of the advantages of taking all the Hotel-X development support through our Slack channel is that all our company, as well as all the partners developing our API are in the channel, so you can expect a fast answer to your questions.
